Welcome to the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment course. Hazard identification and risk assessment are fundamental processes in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals, organizations, and the environment.

Risk Assessment Process
* Understanding the risk assessment process: identification, analysis, evaluation, and control
* Assessing the likelihood and severity of identified risks
* Prioritizing risks for mitigation based on their significance

Day 4:
Risk Management Strategies
* Developing risk management strategies to control and mitigate identified risks
* Selecting and implementing appropriate risk controls: elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Monitoring and reviewing risk management measures for effectiveness

Day 5:
Creating a Culture of Safety
* Promoting a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management within organizations
* Communicating risk assessment findings and control measures to stakeholders
* Action planning for implementing course learnings in participants' work environments
